EDLD 5301- Blog Use by Educational Leaders

Blogs are a wonderful tool that can be used by educational leaders to keep an online journal of their own reflections. It can be used as a reference that they may refer to in the future (Dana, 2009). Blogs are also a great tool to be able to collaborate with other educators and administrators. They have the power to be an instant communication device that can be available for everyone to see or a select group. Blogs are helpful because they are not merely websites because they can also function as discussion boards.
